Meditation classes on Friday evenings.... time to unwind! A one hour class to learn the art of getting quiet. In a cosy, relaxed space, we will explore different ways to make friends with the 'monkey mind' so that we can slow down the thoughts just a little bit, enough to find some stillness and peace. There are lots of techniques to take us on this journey, so we will try out different approaches until you find one that works for you. Each class will be different and will go with the flow! No stress, just come along and see where we end up together on this journey. So, let's begin....just an hour to try a few techniques together. The event is at my Yoga Space so please book as there is limited availability but we won't be using yoga mats so room for about 10 people. I have cushions, blocks and blankets, a few meditation stools and lemon water. So just bring you, unless you have your own meditation stool or cushion that you like to use.
