I trained with the Dru Meditation team from 2013 - 2015 and am fully qualified to teach meditation. My first yoga teacher. Barbara Occleshaw, always included meditation in her yoga classes and I see the two practises as inseprable. Our asana (which means 'comfortable seat') practise prepares the body for meditation and it this is the jewel of my own practise.
