My Main teaching space is at my home in North Wales. In September 2016 I made the leap from teaching a couple of evenings a week to becoming a full-time yoga teacher. I was not enjoying dragging my yoga kit from village hall to village hall and so I kicked the kids out of the biggest room in the house, our lounge, and transformed into a beautiful yoga space. (The kids did get another room in the house to hang out in, affectionately named The Snug!)
I provide mats, blankets, blocks, eye-pillows for relaxation, straps for lovely long stretches, cushions and pashminas for meditation. There's always fresh lemon water at the back of the room and a drink at the end of class, a smoothie or chai tea. Cinnamon, my yoga cat regularly pops in, especially for relaxation.
These classes are very nurturing and relaxing and very popular and this format really works for me and my students. Due to only fitting seven students in at a time I ask for advanced bookings and paying four weeks in advance with one carry-over per block of four.
A visit to the Ladies / Gents is a must as there is a gallery of inspirational bits and bobs to read....
I teach eight classes a week here and three out in my local community.
